    This self-paced course shows you how to power up Wordsmith’s process using AI. We cover the stages where AI is most and least helpful, and specific strategies for working with it to get good results. You bring a document you need to write, and you complete it by following our workflow steps. You can do this as many times as you like, which reinforces and deepens your skill each time.

    Improve your work emails with the help of AI

    Try our new AI tool to write clear, action-focused emails. You bring a draft and go through our workflow with the help of AI. A series of agents ask you clarifying questions, catch gaps and confusion early, restructure content so messages stand out, and suggest language improvements that align with international best practices. This is a prototype, and we plan to create equivalent tools for all sorts of documents.

Wordsmith’s workflow trained in your documents and voice

We plan to create document-specific AI courses. They will cover the same step-by-step process, but where and how you use AI within it will be tailored to creating the best possible version of that type of document. We will have the option for organizations to customize this to their templates, style guides, example documents, and voice (for a fee). The result will be strong, fast, consistent writing across your whole team.

Micro AI and writing training

We are developing a series of short, practical tips for busy people who don’t take our full courses. These will come in the form of mini self-paced courses, lunch-and-learn webinars, and AI office hours. All of our tips are designed to be immediately applicable to your daily work, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and troubleshoot with us.

Advanced AI self-paced course

Think, Write, Edit + AI shows writers how to integrate AI into our workflow. We are in the process of creating an advanced course to show you how to build on that process to create reusable skills, workflows, and agents to speed the baseline process up even further.

Advanced AI tools tailored to you

Wordsmith has 50 years’ worth of document examples and experience with which to train AI. Once we gather feedback on our email tool prototype, we plan to expand it into different document types as well. For example, our briefing note tool would use a series of agents to test your writers’ draft content, catch gaps, ask questions, and restructure and reword for maximum clarity.
