Draft better emails and get better responses back

It’s easy to overlook emails as an important form of writing. But we write more emails than anything else, and we use them to get important work done. This has become even more true in the hybrid workplace.

This training shows you how to write emails that are shorter, much more clear, and take half the time to draft. Given the average employee spends 2-3 hours of their day on emails, this makes a big change in your workplace. This approach also reduces confusion and errors in communication.

Effective Emails

Emails are all I write all day long—these tips made a significant difference to my workload.

I keep getting comments from people about how clear my emails are now!
